I'm Lina!

I am a designer (inventor?) and yoga teacher who has a big creative urge and is constantly seeking new ways to build and share stories.


I am from Aarhus (Denmark), but I've lived in both London and Los Angeles and am currently based in Oslo.


Spatial Experience Design is a particular passion of mine, allowing me to craft impactful and engaging environments that blend aesthetics, functionality, and emotion.

'Creative Antidote' was born out of my desire to help others break free from the distraction rollercoaster and rediscover ways to step into a space of clarity and creativity by reconnecting with a more playful and expressive existence


The Toolbox grew out of the knowledge and techniques I've collected through many years of being involved with design and yoga. It's the mini library I wish I had when I started studying and working.
